Shipment and Returns

For our international shipments we use Fed-Ex and DHL. PostNL will be used for deliveries within The Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time
All products are made to order in The Netherlands and shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving the full payment. Once the products are ready for shipment you’ll receive a track&trace code.

When the parcel is processed by the carrier you can track it with the  track&trace code on the website of the carrier. If you need assistance, please email with your order number.

Depending on the carrier and country the exact transit time can vary.

We ship worldwide with the exception of any countries currently sanctioned by the United States / Europe government.

United states of America; 3-8 days (average 5,5 days)
Europe; 1-5 days (average 3 days)
Australia; 4-8 days (average 4,8 days)
Russian Federation; 5-10 days (average 6,6 days)
Asia; 4-8 days (average 6,5 days)
North and South Africa; 5-10+ days (average 9,0 days)

Delivery cost
The delivery cost will be determined at the checkout. This is based on the weight and size of the parcel.

United states of America; 8,00 to 20,00 euro
Europe; 5,00 to 10,00 euro
Australia; 10,00 to 35,00 euro
Russian Federation; 15,00 to 35,00 euro
Asia; 15,00 to 35,00 euro
North and South Africa; 15,00 to 35,00 euro

Delivery Terms

All shipments are delivered DDU and in line with the local regulations. If applicable, local taxes or import duties need to be paid by the buyer. Please check the local regulations to avoid any unexpected taxes.
Parcels to the United Kingdom are delivered DDP.

Failed Delivery
When a parcel couldn’t be delivered the carrier will handle according to their local procedure and will inform you accordingly. Depending on the carrier this can, for example, result in new delivery attempt, a delivery to one of your neighbour, delivery to a pick-up point, We advise to keep an eye on your track & trace and follow the instructions supplied by the carrier.

To avoid any failed deliveries we ask you to check your address carefully. You are responsible for any errors, any extra costs as a direct result of incorrect shipping information will be charged to you. Please contact our customer service when you have any questions regarding the shipping information. We are more than happy to help you.

Most of our products are made to order and personalised for you. These personalised products can’t be returned or refunded. When you ordered non-personalized products, for example the NFT2Print Heritage collection you can return the goods to us. You are responsible for costs of the return shipment. When we receive your return order we’ll process the product(s) and will make the refund or contact you to arrange the refund. Refunds can only be done to the same account which you used to make the initial payment.

Please contact us if there is any problem with your product. We are happy to help you and find a suitable solutions. We may ask you to return the product to us.
